I fly with Air Canada Jazz and Air Canada every other month from YYJ-YYZ for the past 2 years. Never had any problem with the flights and services. There were one late flight but other than that I really have no complaints.
I have flown from LHR-YVR and find that the service and the flights were good. The flight staffs were always there and polite. The meals on the returning flight were poor, I would like a little more meal in between dinner and breakfast because it was a long flight (almost 10 hours).
Each time I used Air Canada Jazz all the flights were late. Back in 2008 we had our flight canceled 30 minutes before we board and we had to rebook our flight which took another 3 hours. Because of the 3 hours rebooking we missed our connecting flight from LA to NZ, but luckily we rebooked on Air NZ and we made it on boxing day. I almost had the worst xmas holiday, I will never fly with Air Canada Jazz again.
This was completely unexpected when we were on flight AC 8105 with Air Canada Jazz with our family and our baby. The flight attendants were very helpful, they went out of their way to have all of our family members on the same row and arrange seats for our 5 months old baby. We had an car seat for the baby and they help us find a empty seat for the baby which was unpaid for.
