Poor customer service in Montreal. We were made to weigh our carry-on luggage! Just stuffed my pockets, weighed the carry-on almost empty and then stuffed everything back in my bad and got on the plane with EXACTLY the same weight in my bag. Check-in agent had no smile, didn’t say hello and proceeded to yell at us. The left late, arrived late and were extremely slow getting our luggage to us. They lost our business forever.
One of the best airlines in the skies. Flew on SWG604 YUL-CCC-YUL and was shocked. Sunwing has exceptionally friendly service when it comes down to it, from the brand new 737 aircraft and the complimentary champagne on international flights. The flight attendants always smiling and the aircraft fresh out of the factory, I can’t wait to travel again with SWG. Oh ya, amazing prices as low as 40$ one way.
